  • Ovariohysterectomy (spayed) performed on August 8, 2000 by Dr. Jordan.
  • Rabies Vaccination performed on August 8, 2000 by Dr. Jordan
  • Microchip implanted on August 8, 2000 - FAILED AND REMOVED (chip was found sticking out between shoulder blades and immediately removed. New chip implant to be scheduled) - The microchip can be scanned by any vet nationwide. An ID number shows on the scanner and the vet calls the 800 number to report found cat and his/her ID number. Cat can then be returned to his/her rightful person.
